We begin every project with a complimentary consultation to learn more about you and your project needs. We’ll look at your space or site while discussing your vision, goals, and chat about your budget & timeline. It’s the perfect time to ask us anything. We’re located in Spokane, WA, but serve the surrounding area and beyond!

After we learn about your project goals, we dive into the conceptual phase of the design process. If its an existing space, we’ll schedule a visit to measure your home so we can create an existing floor plan to base our recommended design solution on. We’ll gather any inspiration images you’ve provided us and start creating a design story that reflects you and your space. In addition to the inspirational imagery & mood board, we’ll present 1-2 floor plan solutions for you to review.

Once a floor plan is selected and the mood board is on point, the real magic begins! This is where it all starts to come together. We’ll create a realistic 3D rendering of the space that shows finishes, fixtures, hardware, furniture, styling and more. It’s a photographic representation of our recommended design solution that truly gives you the ability to visualize the design before moving into construction. It gives you the added confidence that you know exactly what you’re getting. We love creating these powerful visuals, in fact, we live for it! You’ll have the opportunity to make revisions and edits to ensure that we land on a design that you love.

After we land on a final design, it’s time to create the technical documentation so the space can be constructed! We’ll create a set of construction documents that can be given to a contractor to build the space exactly as designed. In addition to the construction documents, we’ll provide a detailed specification sheet of all the finishes, materials, fixtures, hardware, etc. Our final deliverables include the 3D rendering(s), construction set, and specification sheet – everything you’ll need! We also provide contractor coordination, project management and construction administration throughout the construction phase, so you can remain stress-free as possible while you await your design to come to life.
