Kendall Yards Modern Transformation

This home was in need of a transformation to achieve the custom feel the client envisioned. To optimize the budget, we retained existing plumbing locations and repurposed cabinets, refreshing them with new paint and updated countertops. Throughout the home, bold colors, playful shapes, and unique finishes add personality and depth. The remodel reimagined every inch of the space, including the addition of a new bathroom on the lower level for enhanced functionality.
